Service Description
SmartXtract provides AI-powered document conversion services, converting PDFs and images to Excel format. The service uses page credits to process documents, with one credit consumed per page successfully processed.
Account Terms
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person; accounts are non-transferable
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
Credits and Payments
- Credits are deducted only after successful document conversion
- Failed conversions do not consume credits
- Purchased credits are non-refundable once used
- Credit validity periods are specified at purchase time
- Free tier credits may have usage limitations
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Attempt to circumvent service limitations or security measures
- Use the service for automated bulk scraping or abuse
- Share account credentials with others
Service Limitations
- Conversion accuracy depends on document quality
- We do not guarantee 100% extraction accuracy for all documents
- Maximum file size: 50MB per document
- Supported formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, GIF
AI-Powered Processing & Human Review Requirement
SmartXtract uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automated software to extract, interpret, and convert data from your uploaded documents. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect data extraction (numbers, text, dates, or formatting)
- Misidentified table structures or column mappings
- Inaccurate ledger matching or voucher categorisation
- Loss or misplacement of data during conversion
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all extracted data before using it for any purpose — including but not limited to accounting, tax filing, financial reporting, or posting to Tally or any other system.
SmartXtract does not perform any human review or manual verification of the converted output. The entire extraction and export process is fully automated. No output from this service should be treated as final or authoritative without independent human verification.
By using SmartXtract, you acknowledge that AI can produce inaccurate results, and you agree not to hold SmartXtract liable for any losses, errors, or damages arising from unverified use of AI-generated output.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support.
Limitation of Liability
SmartXtract is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
